Business Valuation of Znovín Znojmo, a. s.

The aim of this thesis is to find a value of the company Znovín Znojmo, a.s. as till January 1st 2015. It is a demonstration of the expert´s report which is divided into eight parts. The thesis can therefore be regarded rather as practical. Each single chapter provides its theoretical explanation. The first chapter describes the basic information about the report. In the second part, the valued company is to be introduced. Afterwards the financial analysis is made and the financial health is determined. I also quantify the biggest competitors of the company. As follows, the strategic analysis that deals with the wine industry in general but also with the internal potential of the valued company. Thereafter I continue with making value drivers and the financial plan for the next five years. The principal is the last chapter where the company is valued by the discounted cash flow method. As the additionally technique was chosen the method of capitalized earning.
Valuation of the company KOVOVÝROBA HOFFMANN, s.r.o. using DCF Entity method and DCF APV method, focusing on the comparison of both methods

The master thesis aims to compare the DCF Entity method and the DCF APV method. In the practical part of the thesis, both of these methods are applied to evaluate the company KOVOVÝROBA HOFFMANN, s.r.o. When applied correctly and using the same input data, DCF Entity as well as DCF APV results are supposed to equal. However, both methods dispose of its pros and cons. Despite its imperfections, the DCF Entity method is commonly used in practise, whereas the DCF APV method lacks of interest. This thesis, however, points out that the DCF APV could be not merely an equal alternative to the DCF Entity method, but could also avoid some of its imperfections or give extra information compared to the DCF Entity method. As a consequence, we can expect increasing importance of the DCF APV method.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the market value of the company Racio Ltd. as of the date 07/01/2014. Market value represents the amount of money, which is an average market customer willing to pay. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part deals with the definition of related basic terms, describes the process of business valuation including used formulas and methods. The second part is practical; business valuation theoretical framework is applied to specific company -- Racio, s.r.o. Starting point of business valuation process is strategic analysis; the outcome is prediction of company sales forecast. The following financial analysis evaluates the financial health of the company. On those two analyses, generators values (which enable drawing up of financial plan) are designed. The final section focuses directly on valuation of the company Racio Ltd. using DCF APV method.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the market value Jaromir Hutla - Battery Centres Ltd. The work is structured in 4 main thematic areas.The first is an overview of basic information about the company and the related strategic analysis, which contains an evaluation of external and internal potential business. By combining findings from both parts of the strategic analysis gives the company forecast of the sales.The second thematic area is concerned with financial analysis, which is to assess the financial health of companies valued in the past and to confirm or refute the assumption of infinite duration company. The third section begins with an analysis and prognosis value of generators on the basis of the financial plan is built. The last thematic area is given alone DCF valuation methods APV and market comparisons, and subsequently drawing the resulting market value of equity

The thesis is concerning valuation of Hügli Food, s. r. o., which is company operating in food processing industry. Thesis content four parts - strategic and financial analysis, generators of value and valuation itself. The aim of finacial analysis is to qualify acting of business in areas of profitability, stability, liquidity and viability. Strategic analysis leads to identification and examination of strengths and weaknesses. Final part of thesis is dedicated to valuation itself. Valuation methods were combination of DCF APV and exit multiple and market comparison.
Business Valuation of BERNARD Family Brewery

The thesis consists of a business valuation of BERNARD Family Brewery, a brewery headquartered in the town of Humpolec and belonging to a group of several smaller breweries (related to its size). In 2001, top management decided to finance its company growth through venture capital. The main objective of this thesis is to indicate the market value as of 1/1/2009 by utilizing appraisement measures in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS). The business valuation is primarily determined using two well-known valuation approaches - adjusted present value method (based on income analysis) and comparable companies analysis (based on market analysis). In addition, the use of advanced statistics is applied when needed. The purpose of this assessment is to find an appropriate value for owners and other third-party stakeholders. In order to provide a full range of understanding, the paper consists of six main parts that involve a company profile, strategic analysis, financial analysis, value drivers, financial plan and a final valuation. Further, all these parts are split up into few sections.

The goal of the thesis is to find out the value in use of the company Prowell s.r.o. to 1. 1. 2007. The first part of the thesis deal with the strategical analysis. It`s result is forecast of sales revenues of this company. The second part talk about financial analysis, which appreciate financial health of the company. The next part analyzes and predicts generators of value and financial plan. The final evaluation of enterprise is inducted in the last part of the thesis. For evaluation was used method DCF APV and orientation method of market comparison.
